Terms and Conditions
All participants and visitors must be aware of and follow the rules and regulations as specified by Bli Bli Watersports. All visitors have an obligation to themselves and to others to act is a safe and responsible manner whilst on our property
GENERAL CONDITIONS
- Entry to the park for spectators is free but each activity has its own cost
- Management reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone or remove anyone from the premises where deemed necessary
- Children under the age of 18 years must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who takes responsibility for them
- A waiver form must be signed by all participants for all activities at the park
- Parents accompanying children must supervise the activities in which they allow their children to participate
- Participants may only enter the water when taking part in an Aqua park or Wakeboarding session. Recreational
swimming is not allowed at any time.
- Whilst every care has been taken for your safety and enjoyment, accidents and injuries can and do occur. All
participants accept this risk of injury, sickness or death to themselves and others as a result of participating in these
activities.
- Bli Bli Watersports is a pet free zone.
- No BYO alcohol is allowed
- No glass containers allowed
- No smoking or vaping allowed (car park excepted)
- You may not participate in any activity while under the influence of medication, alcohol or drugs
- No swearing allowed, we are a family friendly zone
- All visitors must follow the directions of Bli Bli Staff at all times
- The operation of some activities may be affected by weather or maintenance issues, and may cause unexpected closures at some times. Rain generally does not affect us but lightning in the vicinity or dangerously high winds can, and will, cause closures of activities
PERSONAL POSSESSIONS and EQUIPMENT
- All visitors are responsible for their own equipment whilst on our property. Bli Bli Watersports is not responsible for any loss or damage to any personal property, including vehicles or contents of. All personal property must be taken away at the end of each day and no personal property can be left on our premises overnight
- Personal possessions, boards and equipment must not be left on any pathways or public thoroughfare areas.
WAKE PARK RULES
- To participate on the wakeboarding lake all riders must fill out a waiver form and watch the safety/instructional video. Riders under 18 must have their parent/guardian sign the waiver form on their behalf
- Riders 10 and over may ride at std speed, or younger riders that have passed a riding ability test and a wake park rules theory test. Riders 6 and over may ride at slow speed.
- All participants must be competent swimmers.
- All participants must wear an Australian approved buoyancy vest and helmet at all times
- Boards with footstraps may not be used on obstacles. Specialty obstacle boards are available at reception
- When riding stay away from all fallen riders and any obstacles
- Always exit at the exit buoys
- Always ride between the buoys at each corner
- If the machine stops, let go and swim to shore. No water starts allowed.
- The use of obstacles, sliders and kickers in the wakeboarding lakes is restricted to participants who have adequate skill and experience
- When you fall riding, clear the area immediately and swim to shore. Do not stay floating in the water if you are ok and not injured.
- Doubles riding is a privilege and not a right. It is always at the operators discretion. It is only for full members with adequate riding skill. If riding doubles and one rider falls, the other MUST let go immediately
- Never swear or scream out whilst riding
- Follow the operator or deckhands advise at all times. They are in charge of the lake operation
- Know your ability. It is your responsibility to always stay in control.
- If you see a rider injured or struggling, ask if they are ok and alert a staff member if there is a problem. Look out for each other!
- Never cut in line. Respect all riders and wait your turn, regardless of your ability.
- Always be ready when the operator hands you the handle
- Encourage newcomers and beginners at all times. They are our future.
- Wakeboarding is run by sessions, every hour on the hour. Sessions are 55 minutes in length. All riders are required to book their riding sessions prior to arrival
MEMBERSHIPS
- Members have general access to the specified area for the term of the membership during normal public opening hours. Activities or programs outside of the normal opening hours are not included in memberships and may be purchased at additional costs
- All members must book their session times via our website system. A maximum number of sessions will apply, depending upon the season and the time of year
- Members must purchase their membership wristbands / membership card which remains their property. Lost or stolen cards/bands will require a replacement fee
- Memberships are for one person only and may not be transferred or sold to any other person
- The temporary unavailability of any part of the facility, due to weather, maintenance, or any other reason, shall not entitle the members to any refund or extension of their memberships
- All members agree to conduct themselves with appropriate behavior and treat others with respect. Swearing, foul language and inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. Bli Bli Watersports reserves the right to suspend, cancel, restrict or reject any membership or request at any time and is not obliged to give or share any reason with those, or anyone else affected.
- Membership absences/holds need to be requested and submitted to Bli Bli Watersports in writing by email. It is the owners/managements discretion to grant such requests. Bli Bli Watersports has the right to refuse membership holds for no reason
REFUND/CREDIT POLICY
- Bookings/tickets may be rescheduled, postponed and credited within 24 hours of the booked times, or due to weather occurrence or maintenance issues, at the sole discretion of Bli Bli Watersports. Return passes, credits and rescheduling of bookings will always be the preferred avenue offered
- Wakeboarding bookings (and purchases) are all handled through the Wakesys booking programme. Any cancellations prior to the booked date will be refunded to the customers prepaid account where that credit may be used for future purchases or bookings for any activities at Bli Bli Watersports
